Moving across the country with just my camera and my suitcase allowed me to develop more than I ever expected as the importance of focusing on my relationship with the Lord and where He is leading me became evident in a way I had never experienced before. While there, I was stretched creatively as I focused on their photo, video and social media presence. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to move to San Diego for a summer and work for Bob Goff’s nonprofit, Love Does. I have now been taking pictures for my clients for about eight years, and my business continues to grow right before my eyes beyond what I had ever imagined–so thank you to all of you! Aside from my own photography, I had the honor of working for Randy Coleman Photography for five years where I was mentored by one of the best photographers I know. From my Barbie camera, to wanting to be the one recording home videos (I have always preferred filming others rather than being filmed), to my now professional cameras, I have always had a passion for creativity and art through a lens. Something that brings the biggest smile to my face is photography! For as long as I can remember, I have loved having a camera in my hand. My name is Allison, some people call me Allie, but most call me Als.
